When do it usually comes? Or do it come 6 months apart like the other payments? Thanks

If you are talking ssi then yes 6 months apart.  If you are talking SSDI it is not in payments and could come at any time.

     Although your question has already been answered, I was just wondering if your SSA rep told you that if you needed another release of your back pay sooner due to an emergency, such as paying an utility bill or etc., they can issue you an earlier disbursement of some of your back pay. That is what my rep told me. All I have to do is call her to ask her and more than likely provide her with a copy of a past-due bill and said she'd do it. Just wanted to throw that out there.  Smiley
