Mine was in Quality Review for 18 days I think. It was a denial. I feel that my case manager had approved it but QR reversed the decision but I don't know that 100%. Just a gut feeling and some comment"s  the DDS case manager said.

Kristy,

It seems to be about 30 but you never know.  I will hope for a quick turn around time and an approval!

i called the local office and the lady that answered asked some questions to verify idendity, and the last question was how much are you benefits, she seamed confused when i told her i wasnt getting any and that was why i was calling to check the status of my claim. she then put me on hold and came back to say my case was still pending in qr. i was wondering if it was a good sign that she asked that question or is that just standard?

There is no way to know for sure.  It may have been pending an approval when it went to QR and that is what she saw.  However until it clears QR we won't know for sure.  Fingers crossed.

My claim was approved at reconsideration and then went to QR.

In QR for seven (7) days and approval was upheld.
