In Dec 2011 i applied for SSD. I was on workers comp Feb-June 2012. In Nov 2012 i received a favorable decision with back pay from my onset date of Dec 2011. In 2016 i got a notice of over payment for the time i received workers comp in 2012. Is it normal to get your case reviewed so far back? I applied for a wavier for the amount in the office and two weeks later i got a letter for a Personal Conference. What should i expect and bring that isn't already in my file from the last visit when i applied for the wavier? And if that isn't enough to worry about during this time i received a CDR short form. Ah the Holidays Merry Christmas to all from your SSA.

It takes time for SSA to be notified of worker's comp & other income.  It is important to always report other income to SSA.  It can take years but SSA will eventually find out.

Did you already provide a copy of the worker's comp paperwork?

Additional Info: I was fortunate to be approved on my initial application due to extensive medical records (12+ doctors) & documentation of unsuccessful work attempts even with significant accommodations

They have all the workers comp earnings. Just not sure how the case will go and what more can be determined from the Personal Conference that hasn't been gone over already.
