Technical Support

« on: January 31, 2017, 10:01:57 PM »

I wanted to post a huge THANK YOU to "Just Me", "Grove800", "Helper", "Lit Love" and "newdawn" for their tireless efforts in assisting members of the board.  Not to say that we don't have many members, who also donate their time and help their fellow members too.

The Social Security Disability Process can be very complex, and no one person knows everything about it.  I learn something new everyday, and I have been at this for quite sometime.  The knowledge, brought to the board by staff, current and previous members, is vast.  So ask questions if you have a problem(s).

I would also like to thank all members of the board for not posting political topics.  SSDFacts was established by SSDAdmin (Marci) to be a place where people having problems with the Social Security Administration can go to for help, not a board to vent frustration with the political climate (whatever it may be).  We know that as a Government organization, the Social Security Administration's rules and regulation may be subject to change.  But SSDFacts is NOT the place to debate about changes, it distracts from the board's primary purpose.  We will alert members about changes that go into effect.
