I'm new here. I have read many of the topics but just joined so I can post. I have been on SSDI for PTSD from the war in Iraq. I have been on ssdi since 2009. I was just sent a CD-R this month. Hope to help someone and also look forward to the advice I may receive.

I got my long form CDR I think 3 years I was to be given one and guess it's been three years,
I sent it in mailed but im not sure if they got it but didnt talk to local office like i thought.
Called general number they didnt see it said they were giving me local office and I called an office in same
town as it appparently, though they didnt tell me that when they said they dont see it, can i fax it i said
yes thats better so i did, then called to make sure they got it and found out then wasnt my local office.
can you send it there i said. yes the lady said so phew...
