Hello all,

I am new here. I have lurked and read many topics but have not posted. I have been on SSDI since 2009 for PTSD. When I was retired from the army I turned in my paperwork. My scanline on my short form says date of last CDR was 2009 but I do recall a long form about 4 years ago. Anyways, this time around, I was sent a short form and am worried due to my m7 0075 profile. I have read that medium profiles who answer "same" for question 4 get kicked back for full CDR.  Has any medium got a deferral on their short form CDR?

1.  Work No
2.  School No
3.  My doctor and I have not discussed work
4.  Same
5.  3 appts in last 30 days with va psychologist/psychiatrist
6.  No

Thanks for any replies.

Tim. 100% p&t VA for same condition.

Answering same will not result in an automatic Long Form.  A small percentage are randomly selected for the Long Form.  Just answer honestly.  Hopefully you're compliant with your mental health treatment plan.

Great. Then even if you have to undergo the Long Form, which is unlikely, you should be fine.
