Oh guys, it's a freaking miracle! After four days of waiting for insurance approval for my Abilify, I look at the amount due (via my text notification): ZERO!!! $000.00!!!!!!!!! Here I was ready to go bananas with different inexpensive ways to get this drug that I desperately needed. How ironic that I would discover a psychiatrist in one of the worst hospitals in the Chicago metro area, yet owe NOTHING for that drug. God is so good - I even have tears in my eyes as I type this.

We're experiencing crazy 60 degree weather today and throughout the next three days - unheard of in February. I've had three dear brothers and sisters visit me to just listen and pray with me. Without my faith I'd be screwed. The best piece advice I was given was to NOT listen to the voices in my head because they are LIES. And how important it is to listen and look at what IS true. Not trying to go off on a tangent about my faith, but these experiences are real.

The news about the Abilify (IMO) deserved it's own thread. Thanks my friends for all the feedback. Love you guys.

Yay!!! One less thing to worry about.

Since you have medicaid, I figured it should be free since I got it for free on medicaid. (I'm assuming that's why the drug is free for you. Was it the generic?)

Nope - not generic! And I don't think it's Medicaid - it's a separate card, OTC Network. For my medical I have a card Family Health Network, no co pay. Go figure. All I know is for now, I can exhale.
