I was notified on 2.14.17 that my hearing is set for 6.27.17.  Anyone else have such a long wait?  My anxiety is starting up the closer I get to the one month mark.

How do you manage sanity with a 4 1/2 month wait?  And my judge isn't a high approver.

Welcome any thoughts on this!

Wow... my attorney said the wait was only about a month from notice to hearing,  and then poof - mine was the first one that started going out that far.

Maybe in some areas, the difference is about a month; yours seems the norm...I think someone on here mentioned that her area of Hawaii only had a month or so wait.

The only thing you can do is keep on doing what you've been doing (and unfortunately when the hearing is over, there's a long wait for a decision). As difficult as it may seem, you need to find other things to focus on.

This entire process is "hurry up and wait"   Nothing moves fast.  No great information for you, just wish you good luck!
