Hey peeps, Thanks for the response.. Sorry for the later reply. I have been in the bed the whole weekend. feel better today.

boodrow, You are correct about the Tupleo Honey. I don't buy honey that much because i don't care for the taste.

Peppermint, I'm sorry to hear about you Federal case. If your rep in not an attorney, they are not aloud to go to Federal. My rep has an attorney on the sideline to go to federal if needed.

bevg, Mississippi is always on the back burner on everything. After your case left the Reconsideration stage, it was out of Mississippi's hands. It's all Federal then.

Hit me back if you want. I'm bored! bhahahahaha

Hi Glyn,

Yea, no the first rep wasn't an attorney. I fired him after he sat cowering during my hearing.  I hired the attorney to do the appeal and when the AC denied, they said they wouldn't take it to Federal because they didn't have time to prepare.  So they suggested a new application.
Problem is, I know they want to wait for another hearing so they can get their whole 6k, and I had to go to 3 CE's because they never sent in any of my files ("waiting for updates", they said)  but I'm running out of steam and all my resources have been depleted.  They needed to send what they had and THEN update if they needed to.  sheesh.  Oh well...back on the waiting list.  lol.
P.S.  who can afford honey??   Other69

I am totally happy that Mississippi is out of it LOL.  I am looking forward to my hearing.  I certainly can speak for myself.  I thing it's nuts that someone who has never seen you can decide you are able to work.
