today i called the ALJ office to see if my case was assigned for review, i`ve called atleast 1 time a week. i was told by the operator that it was in the office being reviewed at this time. i was wondering how long does this take for them to make a decision in my case, i know that the times vary but what is the average? thanks guy and gals keep your fingers crossed for me.

It seems to average about 30 to 60 days for a decision. I hope it comes soon and positively !

Santoria,

You can try calling your local office to see if they can give you an update but you will likely receive the decision letter in the mail in the next few days.  Good luck!

I'm going to put a funny spin on the situation . . .

Now begins the daily trek to the mailbox, fingers crossed, eyes to the skying praying to our Higher Power, please, please, please let there be an award letter in the box.  Open the box, no letter, curse all the way back to the house.  Tomorrow, start the trek over again.

I still haven't received any info,  I was told it would be 60-90 days  was told on 3/15 a decision was made. I was told on 4/3/ wait 2 wks, as the decision would have to be made by 4/14 (60) days.  If not anything they would call and find out why and have them call me and explain to me. I callled the 800 # on the 4/13 and was told it was still pending, and to call the Review office. I finally got in contact with them after calling all day, and the told me the Judge still had it and has not made a decision yet and call back in two weeks? Why the run a round? What do you think the deal is Huh?     Cool
