Hello new Members

If you would place your user name first in your title. That way. Other members will know that you are new and won't be confused with other new member just said Hello.   We love to welcome all new members.

If you could place your user name first in your title with approval and such.  Others members can make sure they see you and can comment on your post.

When all of the titles are on left side, you only see who last member who made a comment, not orginal party.

We had instituted an unwritten policy of having the new members' names added before their posts, so it was easier for board members to welcome a new members.

However, that has had an unintended effect of occasionally shortening the title of the post - which upset a couple of members.  So we will only add member names to the beginning of their post title in the Introduction Section.
