Surchnding mail to SSA in Falls Chr
« on: January 10, 2017, 05:29:36 PM »
How should I go about that? Just use regular mail or get some kind of conformation that it was delivered? I'm disputing my fees for dependant benefits, I have a running thread on how they took fees from it.

Send your letter certified with return receipt. It is a extra charge at the post office but you will know it was signed for.

Yeah they are right certified mail is really important. Basically let's say you send it regular mail and they lose the paperwork they can basically say that you didn't get the paperwork in order and on time if there is a time limit so absolutely send it certified mail make sure that you send it to the local office so that it is signed for and make sure to save the receipt that way in case anything happens they can't tell you that they lost it that they didn't receive it then it disappeared with a bird in the sky who knows you just want to make sure to protect yourself. Good luck
